Rawson Developers completes all its own developments in partnership with Rawson Construction – this construction arm is now also available to partner with outside developers on new projects. Rawson Construction offers a complete solution from conceptualisation through to getting plans drawn up and finally completing the project. In addition, we offer a full financial service including obtaining finance for your project and project management, from building to landscaping and everything in between, including liaising with the professional team.
Moreover, we offer competitive building rates which allow for further savings. We are also able to complete the civil reticulation installations including roads, electrical, sewers and water. Should the developer require it, we offer a client (purchaser) interfacing service, assisting with finishing selection and completing the hand-over process.
We are fully registered with the NHBRC and Master Builders Association (MBA) and utilise unique efficiencies to complete projects in record time, saving holding costs.
